This site idea has been in my thoughts for close to 3 years now. I can say that it was around the time that we were settling into to our first home together. I knew that this new found title of being a wife to my loving husband was not only to love and accept him for who he was but to, also care for him as he would for me. I did what any new wife would do. I started to cook and clean like a mad woman, not that I couldn’t do these things before I was a married woman of course, I just had someone to care for and about aside from myself now. I love being a homemaker, it’s not all about the cleaning and cooking either. Sure, it’s a lot of work but what isn’t a lot of work these days?
I was baking my first batches of fresh bread and the thought came to me that others out there might benefit from a site that has all of these homemaking tips and ideas in one place. Tada! the Ecomaker was born.
The intent of this blog is to help my readers in their everyday lives as eco friendly and cost effectively as possible. This blog won’t be just about making your own cleaning products it will also include recipes of mine that I’ve picked up, or created myself to share with all of you. Gardening tips and anything else that may fit in the Ecomaker, criteria. So please, sit back, relax with your favorite beverage and browse with content!
