Kitchen Corner – Curried Egg Sandwich
Curry Rice was and still is one of my favorite dishes to eat during any meal of the day. So it shouldn’t be a surprise that I tried to replicate that taste when first learning to cook at about 10 or 11 years old. Scrambled eggs weren’t my downfall at the time, it’s what went in it that was more the problem. Curry Powder alone didn’t work so well. At least, not for me.
